In our busy world and lives, we seldom take time out to rest and just be with ourselves. We have lost our connection to our hearts, our bodies, our spiritual presence, living only in our minds, losing our connection to nature, to others, to our deepest selves.

Barb is an experienced Facilitator and Spiritual Guide.

A skilled Facilitator and Guide, Barb’s work is informed by 25 years of counselling and program development, and by years of intensive study and exploration of many contemplative traditions and spiritual practices.

If you are looking to explore and grow in your spiritual life, to connect more deeply with your body, mind, heart and soul, Barb will help you discover the tools and practices that work best for you.

Barb’s Sounds


Healing with the Sounds of Gongs, Tibetan bowls, Crystal Bowls, Koshi chimes, and other harmonic instruments, is a wonderful addition to your regular self-care practices. Each session helps you sleep deeply, lowers your blood pressure, improves your concentration and helps you let go of stress and worries.

Barb’s Sounds are especially good for your body’s overall health and for recovery from illness, injury and trauma. Healing with Sound supports your immune system, helps your body rest, relax and restore, and improves your body’s natural pain management abilities.

Barb’s Sounds let you leave your busy mind behind for a while, as you release negative emotions and blocked energies. At the end of a session you leave feeling calm, centered and energized.

The vibrations of the bowls and gongs easily “entrain” your brain to the deeper brain-wave states that are usually only achieved by experienced meditators. So if you are looking to deepen your spiritual life and connection to Source, they will guide you and point the way.

The “singing” soundscapes of the Bowls work with the subtle energy systems in your body (chakras, meridians, dan tien) unblocking and regulating their flow for optimum health and well-being. The Gongs work at a cellular level, gently bringing each cell in your body back to its optimum vibration.

All you have to do, is to lean back in the chair (or rest on your yoga mat), close your eyes, float on the waves, drift in the wind, and let go…
