Through different visualization, relaxation and breathing exercises, we will focus on getting past the stories we tell ourselves about our experiences in life, to the underlying feelings and beliefs we carry with us.
Once we have spoken deeply from our hearts in this way, without judging ourselves, we have the chance to gain self-acceptance and awareness. And from there we give ourselves the opportunity to change some of the long-standing “habit energies” we learned as children.
This means letting go of some of the ways we think and react to life, ways which were taught to us by others and which are no longer serving us well.
And it means diving into the exciting adventure and challenge of discovering who we truly are and what we came here to be and do.
